Orange Five Spice Chicken
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2 Tbsp. orange zest
juice of 1 large orange
1/2 tsp. five spice powder
1/8 tsp. fresh ginger, finely minced
1/8 tsp. rice wine vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Mix together zest, juice, five spice powder, ginger, and vinegar. Pour over chicken breasts placed in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot over rice with about 1 Tbls. of juices poured over each serving.
