Orange Breakfast Ring
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. sugar
4 Tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 C. margarine, melted
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3/4 C. powdered sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice
Cooking Instructions
Combine orange peel and sugar. Separate biscuits and dip into margarine then into sugar mixture. Cover well. Slightly overlapping, place biscuits on side in 9 inch pan at a 45 degree angle. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and invert on plate. Frost with following: Mix cream cheese, orange juice and powdered sugar. Dribble over the top. Terrific!
