Onion Bread
Ingredients
3/4 C. water
2 C. white bread flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. onions, dried
1/2 Tbsp. onion paste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. yeast, fast rise or 2 tsp. yeast, active dry
Cooking Instructions
Use dried onion flakes, not fresh. This recipe can be baked with the regular or rapid bake cycles. Be sure to follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine.
