Sm. cake or muffin mix plus ingredients
Hollowed orange, cut off a lid and scoop out orange

Cooking Instructions

Make cake or muffin mix per instructions. Pour cake or muffin mix into hollowed orange until 1/2 to 2/3 full. Replace lid and tightly wrap in foil. Bake over coals for about 10 minutes or until done.
