One Hundred Percent Crunch Bread
Ingredients
3/4 C. + 1 Tbsp. water
2 C. white bread flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. honey
4 tsp. molasses
2 tsp. gluten
4 tsp. olive oil
1/2 C. seeds
1 tsp. yeast, fast rise or machine or 2 tsp. yeast, active dry
Cooking Instructions
For best results, use the “extra knead” process and add seeds near the end of the first knead. Use regular, rapid bake or timed bake cycle.
