Old Fashioned Cole Slaw
Ingredients
1 pt. mayonnaise, fresh made or store-bought
1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
3 big spoons sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash celery seeds
3/4-1 C. safflower oil
Cooking Instructions
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Sterilize a quart jar by boiling it for 10-15 minutes. (Keep the dressing in this.) Use over shredded cabbage or lettuce. Refrigerate.
