Noodles Florentine
Ingredients
8 ounce medium noodles, cooked and . drained
2 C. cottage cheese
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed basil
1/4 C. bread crumbs
1 pack 10 ounce frozen, drained, . chopped and thawed spinach
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. thyme, crushed
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, salt, Tabasco, basil and thyme. Stir in noodles. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
