No Peek Chicken
Ingredients
1 chicken, broiler-fryer, cut in serving pieces
1-1/2 C. minute rice, uncooked
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10-3/4-oz.)
1 can condensed cream of celery soup (10-3/4-oz.)
1 pack dry onion soup and dip mix (1-1/2-oz.)
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 300. Mix Minute Rice and both cans of soup in a 13×9-inch baking dish. Distribute evenly in bottom of dish. Place chicken pieces in single layer on top of rice soup mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup over top. Cover tightly and bake at 300 for 2-1/2 hours.
