Mushrooms And Garlic In Yogurt
Ingredients
1 pound button mushrooms
1/2 oz. sunflower margarine
salt
pepper
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
4 Tbsp. fat free plain yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Wipe mushrooms clean with kitchen paper. Trim stalks if necessary. Heat margarine in a large frying pan. Add mushrooms; cook gently 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper, garlic, nutmeg, and parsley. Continue to cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, shaking pan so that nothing sticks. Add yogurt. Cook gently 5 minutes. Serve at once.
