Mushroom Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 to 6 pork chops
2 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 3/8 ounce.) package. dried onion soup mix
1/2 C. dry sherry
1/8 tsp. black fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Cooking Instructions
Cut fat from pork chops. Place chops in a deep casserole. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Blend well and pour over chops, making sure chops are completely covered with sauce. Cover and bake 1 hour in 375 degrees oven or until meat is tender.
