Multi Grain White Bread
Ingredients
2 1/3 C. bread flour (10 1/2 ounces)
2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. amaranth flour
2 Tbsp. triticale flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. 7-grain cereal
2 Tbsp. millet
1 Tbsp. dry buttermilk
1 Tbsp. lecithin granules
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 C. water
1 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Dump all ingredients in pan, adjust water late in the first knead, bake on basic white.
