2 tsp. dry yeast
3/4 C. rye flour
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 C. bread flour
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
3 Tbsp. oat bran
1/2 C. corn meal
2 Tbsp. gluten
3 Tbsp. cracked wheat
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. molasses
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 C. sourdough starter
2 C. warm water

Cooking Instructions

Add the ingredients in the order listed. Select White Bread. Press Start.
