Moist Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
2 C. sugar
3 C. flour
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C. oil
2 tsp. white vinegar
2 C. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
1/2 C. cocoa
1 C. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 C. boiling water
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Cooking Instructions
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Make a well in the center. Add oil, white vinegar, water and vanilla. Mix until batter is smooth. Pour into two 9″ pans. Bake at 350ΒΊ for 30 minutes. Makes two 9″ layers. Icing: Boil until smooth
