Mock Turkey
Ingredients
3 lg. eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. onion, chopped (I use minced dry onion, hydrogenated in hot water)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 C. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 C. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/3 C. cottage cheese
1/3 C. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can Worthington Vegetarian Burger
4 oz. Pepperidge Farm seasoning mix
Milk, enough to make mixture soupy
Cooking Instructions
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Add next 8 ingredients, and mix well. Stir cheeses into egg mixture. Add Vegetarian Burger and seasoning mix. Add enough milk to make mixture a little soupy. If possible, cover with plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until done (it will still be moist). Take cover off and cook a few minutes to lightly brown top. Serve hot.
