Mock Sour Cream
Ingredients
1-1/2 C. cottage cheese, well drained
2 Tbsp. dry buttermilk
1/2 C. skim milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt (omit for low sodium diet)
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until thick and smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
