Ingredients

1 C. sugar
1 C. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. milk; scalded
2 egg whites

Cooking Instructions

Sift dry ingredients together 4 times. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Lastly, add well-beaten egg whites. Bake at 300-350 degrees oven for 50 minutes.
