Minute Maid Goose
Ingredients
1 wild goose
1/4 C. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. jam (orange or plum)
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 tsp. salt
1 C. hot water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed

Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients, except goose, into an oven bag and mix well. Put goose inside and close bag. Put bag in roasting pan and slit the top of the bag. Bake 2 hours, 350 degrees. Take goose off bones and arrange on platter. Discard carcass. Serve gravy as sauce.
