Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake
Ingredients
3 C. cold skim milk
1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Pistachio Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie
Filling
1-1/2 C. vanilla ice milk (use sugar free frozen dairy dessert)
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
12-oz. square Baker’s semisweet chocolate, grated
Pour milk into blender container. Add pudding mix, ice milk and extract cover.
Cooking Instructions
Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth; mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired. Sprinkle individual servings with grated chocolate.
