Mini Meatballs
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 C. fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 C. water
2 Tbsp. chives, or green onion
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, water, chives, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well to blend flavors. With hands, roll 1 Tbls. at a time into balls. Place on broiler rack in broiler pan to allow fat to drain off. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
