Millet Cornbread
Ingredients
9 ounces water
1 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cusp cornmeal
1/3 C. millet
3/4 C. whole wheat
2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Place in breadmaker according to custom. Not a high rising bread, texture much like cornbread.
