Ingredients

1 C. water
2 1/2 C. bread flour
1/4 C. nonfat dry milk powder (can use buttermilk powder)
1 Tbsp. butter or oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. active yeast or bread machine yeast

Cooking Instructions

Measure the ingredients into the container of the bread machine in the order given. Reverse the order in machines that call for adding the liquids last. Program the machine for Basic White Bread, Light Crust. Press Start or program the machine for delayed start.
