Ingredients

1/2 Tbsp. yeast
2 C. flour, bread
3 Tbsp. buttermilk, powdered
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seeds, caraway
1 tsp. peel, orange, grated
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
3/4 C. warm water
1/3 C. raisins

Cooking Instructions

Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start. If desired, wait until beep to add raisins.
