Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans peach halves, drained
3 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin (Sure Jell)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 1/4 C. sugar

Cooking Instructions

Place peaches in container of food processor and process until pureed. Combine peaches, powdered pectin, cinnamon and allspice in 2-quart glass measure; mix well. Microwave on 100% power for 6 minutes or until mixture is very hot, stirring every 2 minutes. Add sugar; mix well. Microwave on 100% power 5-6 minutes or until mixture comes to a full rolling boil, stirring once during cooking.
