Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1/2 C. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in 2 cup glass dish. Stir in water and cook 1-2 minutes; stir every 30 seconds, or until thick. Add butter and cook 30 seconds more. Stir thoroughly and add vanilla. Makes 1 cup. Serve on ice cream.
