Marinade For Fresh Fish
Ingredients
1/2 C. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves or garlic salt
4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 C. chopped parsley
1 tsp. crushed or powdered oregano
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 C. orange juice
Cooking Instructions
Allow 3 tablespoons of marinade per pound of fish. Marinate fish for several hours at room temperature to enhance its flavor. Salmon, halibut, sea bass, red snapper, swordfish and albacore are especially delicious marinated.
