Ingredients

1 C. water
2/3 C. syrup, maple
2 Tbsp. margarine/butter
1 tsp. salt
1 C. wheat flakes
1 C. flour, whole wheat bread
2 C. flour, bread
2 Tbsp. milk, nonfat dry
2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Add to in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle and bake.
