Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
2 C. elbow or twist macaroni
1 medium onion chopped
1 C. chopped celery
6 ounce cheese, chunked
1 1/4 C. mayo
2 tsp. yellow mustard
15 ounce can dark kidney beans drained
dill weed to taste
4 hard boiled eggs
Cooking Instructions
Boil macaroni according to box until done, drain. Hard boil eggs mix all above ingredients in large bowl, taste for final touches and refrigerate. That amount serves 6 to 8 people. Can cut in half, except use whole can of beans
