Lomi Salmon
Ingredients
1/2 lb. fresh or smoked salmon,
shredded
4 med. tomatoes, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 C. green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. coarse salt
1 C. crushed ice
Cooking Instructions
Lomi (massage or rub) salt and chopped onion together. Set salted onion aside for 15 minutes. Combine salmon, salted onion, and tomatoes. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Add crushed ice and green onion; mix well and serve in individual small bowls. Serves 8.
