Light Sour Cream Dip
Ingredients
1 C. cottage cheese, 1 percent, low fat
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice, fresh squeezed, or more to taste
Cooking Instructions
In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
