Light Rye Bread
Ingredients
3/4 C. water
1 1/2 C. white bread flour
1/2 C. rye flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/4 tsp. yeast, fast rise or machine or 2 tsp. yeast, active dry
Cooking Instructions
Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. Use regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycle.
