Leollas Winona Fish House Batter
Ingredients
1/4 C. flour
1/4 C. cornstarch
1 egg, separated
1/4 C. beer
2 Tbsp. butter
Cooking Instructions
Beat yolk, add beer, melted butter, flour and cornstarch and fold in beaten egg white. Dip in batter and fry. Batter should not come off. Dry fish well before dipping.
