Lemon Supreme Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1 lemon cake mix
1 package (3 ounce) lemon Instant pudding
1/2 C. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Water and lemon juice to equal 1 C. liquid
2 ounces poppyseeds soaked and drained (optional)
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
Drizzle:
1/2 C. icing sugar
1 Tbsp. butter – softened
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
Cooking Instructions
Mix well in large bowl scraping often. Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and dry. Drizzle: When cake is completely cool, remove from pan. Mix icing sugar, butter and lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over.
