Lemon Poppyseed Cake Low Fat
Ingredients
1 package lemon cake mix with pudding
1 C. water
1/3 C. apple sauce
6 egg whites
2 Tbsp. poppyseeds
Glaze:
1 C. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. skim milk
2 to 3 drops yellow food coloring
Cooking Instructions
Mix together and pour in 10-inch tube or 12 C. fluted Bunt pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. When cool drizzle with glaze. Glaze: Sprinkle poppyseeds on top of glazed cake.
