Lemon Grilling Sauce
Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. squeeze margarine
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Dash of red pepper
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in an 8 or 9 inch square pan. Warm slightly and stir, just until margarine and honey are combined with remaining ingredients. Do not boil. Remove skin and excess fat from 1 package or 6 chicken thighs. Place in sauce, turning to coat all sides. Marinate, meaty side down, for 30 minutes. (Chicken can be left in sauce and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.) Grill over medium coals, turning often to avoid sticking.
