Lemon Fluff Frosting
Ingredients
1/2 C. butter or margarine softened
4 C. powdered sugar; sifted
2 tsp. lemon rind; grated
2 Tbsp. lemon juice; 2 to 2 1/2
Cooking Instructions
Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add lemon rind and lemon juice; beat until smooth.
