Lasagna Roll-Ups
Ingredients
6 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)
1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 1/2 C. ricotta cheese
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
Cooking Instructions
Brown the meat, drain and cool. Preheat the oven to 350º. While noodles are cooking, mix the ground beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese together. Lay noodles out flat and spread some of the cheese mixture over the length of each – be generous! Roll up each noodle, place seam side down in pan. Pour the jar of sauce over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
