Kerrys Grilled Fish
Ingredients
Fish fillets (bass, crappie, trout)
Italian dressing
Lemon juice (or wedges)
Paprika
Barbecue sauce
Cooking Instructions
Marinate fish in Italian dressing, sprinkle with lemon and paprika. Cover grill with foil. Place fish on grill and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook until done on one side, turn carefully and cook until flaky. Remove from grill and serve.
