Jujube Cake
Ingredients
1/2 pound dried jujubes
2 Tbsp. ginseng powder
1/2 pound glutinous rice flour
Cooking Instructions
Knead the jujube with glutinous rice flour then add Ginseng. Make the dough into any form of large biscuit then place in biscuit molds. Steam cook 5-10 minutes. Cakes should be very soft but keep their shape.
