Jewish Rye Cornmeal Bread
Ingredients
1 1/8 C. water 1 1/2 C.
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil 2 Tbsp.
2 1/3 Tbsp. honey 3 Tbsp.
1/3 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp.
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds 2 tsp.
1/3 C. cornmeal 1/2 C.
2/3 C. rye flour 1 C.
2 C. bread flour 2 1/2 C.
1 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. vital gluten 2-4 Tbsp.
2 tsp. active dry yeast 2 1/2 tsp.
Cooking Instructions
Load machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Process on Whole Grain, White or Sweet Cycle on lightest crust setting.
