Irish Vegetables
Ingredients
1 bay leaf
1 C. water
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 C. corn
1/2 C. broccoli flowerets
1/2 C. carrot
1/2 C. caulifloweret
1/4 C. pimiento, chopped
salt to taste
fresh ground pepper
Cooking Instructions
Combine bay leaf, water, wine vinegar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables, and simmer until vegetables are tender. When done, drain and remove bay leaf. Add salt and pepper to taste.
