Irish Potato Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf
5/8 C. milk
1/4 C. potato water (boil 1/3 C. mashed potato in water)
3 C. all-purpose flour
1/3 C. plain mashed potato, at room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Cooking Instructions
Place the ingredients in the bread pan, insert it into the bread machine, select a light crust setting and press “start”.
