Improved Sundried Tomato Mozzarella Bread
Ingredients
3 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. dried buttermilk powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. sun dried tomatoes-snipped
1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
1 C. water (add more if needed)
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 Tbsp. dried basil (more if fresh)
Cooking Instructions
Put ingredients in bread machine in usual order. Set machine on white bread cycle. Press start.
