Ingredients

2 C. turkey; cooked and cut up
1 C. celery; chopped
1/2 C. onion; finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sage; ground or 1 tsp. dried
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-1/4 C. milk
3 eggs
1 C. baking mix

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10×1-1/2-inch. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
