Ice Box Cake
Ingredients
1 pint whipping cream
1 can chocolate syrup
1 box chocolate graham crackers
Cooking Instructions
Use cold bowls and utensils to prepare. Whip cream until stiff. Fold in syrup. In your hand, place 1 graham cracker (cut at perforation), top with whipped cream mixture and repeat process. After several layers, place upright on a plate still holding layers until you have a “loaf” the length of the plate. Graham crackers should be upright with whipped cream mixture holding them together. Frost entire cake with whipped cream mixture. Wrap in foil, using toothpicks to keep foil from touching cake, and refrigerate. When serving, slice on diagonal to see the many layers of the cake.
