Ingredients

3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 C. cooking oil
8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 C.
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. nuts
Mashed bananas 1/2 C.

Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in the center; add eggs, oil, pineapple, nuts, vanilla, and bananas. Stir – do not beat. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
