Ingredients

1 C. water
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 C. milled spelt berries
1 Tbsp. vital gluten
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in bread pan in order recommended for your machine. Choose either regular or quick cycle and press start. This is a delicious nutlike bread a bit lighter in color and flavor than regular whole wheat bread.
