Honey Glazed Ribs
Ingredients
2 pounds lean back ribs
1 can beef consommé-10 oz.
1/2 C. water
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. soy sauce low sodium
2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Cooking Instructions
Place ribs on a broiler rack and broil for 15 minutes. Drain fat off. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in the crock pot, stir well. Add ribs, cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
