Holiday Star Cookies
Ingredients
2 C. all purpose flour
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 C. margarine
3/4 C. granulated sugar replacement
1/4 Tbsp. granulated fructose
2 eggs
Cooking Instructions
Sift together flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon; set aside. Using an electric mixer, beat together margarine, sugar replacement, and fructose until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually stir flour mixture into creamed mixture. Cover and chill overnight. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half onto lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with a small star cookie cutter. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes. Move to cooling racks.
