Hoisin Chicken
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken thighs, legs, or pieces
1/4 C. Hoisin sauce
1/4 C. plum chutney or plum sauce
1/4 C. soy sauce
1 medium fresh ginger root piece sliced thin
Juice of 1 lime
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Cooking Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Add chicken, coat well and put it all in a crock pot. Cook 5 to 6 hours on low. Serve with rice.
