Hobo Dinner 2
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Salt and pepper
Butter or margarine
1 C. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 C. milk
Cooking Instructions
Shape meat into 4 patties; place one patty in each of 4 lightly greased 1 pound coffee cans. Top each patty with 3 tomato slices and 1/4 of the corn. Season with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Cover each can with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place cans on grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals; cook 20 to 30 minutes. Stir baking mix and milk to a soft dough; drop by spoonsful into each can. If desired, sprinkle with chives, parsley, garlic salt or onion salt. Cook uncovered 10 minutes; cover and cook 10 minutes longer. 4 servings.
